• Full name and title
• Company name
• Company address
• Company website
• Phone number
• License number, type, and state of issuance
• If you have an Illinois Resale Certificate, please attach a copy to the e-mail.
• If you're an esthetics or cosmetology student, please attach a copy of your school ID. Students are eligible for professional benefits.

Once we receive this information, your account will be verified and upgraded to Professional within 1-2 business days.
